College Of Geoscience Awarded $75,000 NASA Education Grant

The OU College of Geoscience will receive a $75,000 grant from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to support the nation’s Vision for Space Exploration. The awards give opportunities for hands-on and interdisciplinary experiences in scientific, engineering and technical disciplines.”

“This grant will give students at the University of Oklahoma a unique opportunity to journey into space with NASA and other universities in the country,” said U.S Rep. Tom Cole, R-Oklahoma. “This program not only will advance our country’s effort in space exploration, but will help introduce the next generation into the space workforce.”
